Do you deliver throughout Malaysia?
Yes — we deliver to all states in Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
What are your delivery slots and fees?
Standard delivery fee applies; express or same-day option may be available depending on your postcode. You can check the rate by entering your address at checkout.
Can I pick up or self-collect?
Yes — you may opt for self-pickup from our HQ or selected outlet. Just choose the “Pickup” option during checkout.

How long do your brownies last?
Up to 14 days at room temperature.
Up to 1 month if refrigerated (keep sealed).
How should I store them?
Keep your brownies in an airtight container. If refrigerated, allow them to sit for a few minutes or warm slightly (10–15 seconds in the microwave) before serving.
